Tami Tinnin joined JHC in 2017. She has a Doctorate of Nursing Practice with a focus in pediatric cardiometabolic risk and adolescent health. Previously, she worked in a school-based health clinic in New Orleans. She is married with two dogs. She and her husband enjoy bike riding, camping and exploring parks. She also enjoys medical missions and hopes to go on more trips soon.

Johnson Health Center receives funding and Public Health Services employee status from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
