Rachael Cox joined Johnson Health Center in 2018. She obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She provides primary care to Horizon Behavioral Health patients on-site at their Court Street location in Lynchburg.

Johnson Health Center receives funding and Public Health Services employee status from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
